The Rees-Jones Foundation is transitioning to Salesforce Grantmaking
The Rees-Jones Foundation is in the midst of a 9-month process to implement Salesforce Grantmaking. Grantmaking will be replacing our current grant management system. Grantmaking will enhance our grantmaking process and provide an updated user experience for our grant seekers. As we make this update there are some transition phases that will impact users of the Foundation’s portal.
Some important things to be aware of:
- Applying for a Grant – The portal for applying for a grant will be closed from July 8th to August 6th. If you are applying for a grant please return to the portal after August 6th to complete an application.
- Reporting on a Grant – If you have a report that is due to the Foundation in the months of July and August your program officer will reach out to you with guidance regarding when to submit the report. Some will be requested to report early, and some will be requested to report later.
Please be advised that there will be a period of system inaccessibility for Foundation staff between July 14 and August 6. When the portal re-opens grantees will need updated portal logins. Look out for more information on that as August 6th draws closer.
