Online Application

Welcome to the Online Application page to submit a grant request to The Rees-Jones Foundation. We only take grant requests submitted through our online application. If you submit a hard copy or e-mail application, it will be returned and you will be kindly asked to submit your grant request online. If your grant request meets the guidelines and objectives of the Foundation, please proceed to fill out an online application.

The first time you start filling out an online application you will be required to set up a username and password. After you do this, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the username and password that you selected. Keep them for future reference. Starting a new application?
If you are starting a new application please click on the New Application button. After answering a few questions you can begin filling out your grant request. The New Application button will always take you to a new application form.
Returning to an application that you have started?
If you have saved an application and are returning to resume filling it out, please click on the Resume Application button. Also, if you are interested in checking on the status of your grant request, click on the Resume Application button.
